FREasy to buy, hard to do anything else I tried to change a ticket for another date. Did everything 2 days previous to my trip. Received a link to pay for the change, did the whole process. After during the day of my trip I thought bizarre that I didnt received any confirmation email. When calling to transavia call center, was informed that I lost my ticket and the change didnt occured. The person handling the call called a liar, saying that I didnt clicked in the payment link as I said (he didnt implied, literally called me a liar) and after said that I didnt had money to pay for my ticket change. Very bad customer service, felt like dealing with a gang member. The person used lots of sarcasm, i asked several times to a manager and he said he had no manager.

PTGood booking experience, better than competition. Plenty of schedule choices from where I live. Easy, quick navigation through the booking process. Clear alert to the options available, with simple page design and large characters that make the process more spontaneous and straightforward. I just wish my account would be automatically identified as soon as I fill in my email address as I forgot to log in when I started the reservation process. Nevertheless, the reservation was matched together with my account after I logged in already after the booking completed.

DKRecommended low-cost airline I am frequent flyer with the legacy carriers in Europe and I have had several claims against airlines in the past. My best experience has been with Transavia, who were very easy to get in touch with through WhatsApp - always responding within an hour - and who eventually honored my claim 100 %. My experience flying with Transavia (to/from) Morocco was also good. One of the better low-cost carriers with pleasant and professional staff. I would fly Transavia again without hesitation.

NLI booked a flight to Pisa from… I booked a flight to Pisa from Amsterdam. Outbound and inbound were delayed by more than an hour. The Outbound delay caused me a damage of 61 Euro for picking up my rental car 'Out of Hours'. I requested Transavia for a refund but this was denied. Together with the new carry-on luggage rules this puts Transavia on the same low level as Ryan Air.
