ITMy 15-year-old daughter's flight was… My 15-year-old daughter's flight was delayed 3 hours from Houston to Frankfurt. The company was advised and wrote back, saying they could not fulfill the service due to the delay. I was charged as a no-show. I have no problem paying for a service I hire, but I find it ridiculous that they could not provide the service, but they were swift in keeping their payment—no flexibility with this company.

KWThey are incredibly unprofessional They are incredibly unprofessional ! We paid a service to take my mother in law from the gate that landed to the next gate, they went to the first gate , they let her alone in the bus and then nobody went to help her to the next gate. A passagem helped her. And even more (!!!) they never answered the phone or my inquiry to speak with them (!!!)
