GBNot a great experience The room was not as nice as it looks on pictures and housekeeping never came to our room to clean or bring extra towels and when we called they didnt bring extra towels till the next day in the late afternoon and just left it in a plastic bag right when you walk in the room like they just threw it there with no regards. Some of the staff where nice but others where rude as if they hate their jobs. But their deals are real as long as you go to their timeshare class which they are nice at the beginning but once you say no not interested its like a switch turns on and they become upset and treat you different.

GBGreat vacation! The hotel, and all amenities were great, and JUST what was promised! The room was outstanding, and we loved the quick walk to the hot tub at night! The "90 minute" presentation lasted well over 2 hours, but all's worth it for the Wonderful stay and theme park tickets we received in turn! Thank you for the opportunity!

GBTimeshare closer (RAY) was… Timeshare closer (RAY) was disrespectful, prejudice and unprofessional. The 90 minutes tour was 55 minutes over! He was holding us hostage because of the storm and would not transport us on golf cart back to our vehicle. He accused of freeloading their facility, which was not true, we paid under $400 for the stay, plus deposit, restaurant, games and bowling. The resort was on point for a family 8 with much to do and the two bedroom space with full kitchen.

GBA really nice resort with a lot to do… A really nice resort with a lot to do for families, the timeshare presentation was okay until they kept us past the 90 minutes that was promised in an effort to sell to us. I was convinced by the sale but my husband was keeping track of the time and he wasnt as interested in the timeshare as I was. We will be visiting again very soon without a doubt.

GBThe room provided was not well…maintained The room provided was not well maintained and to have someone stay in suite as such and then go on a tour to buy makes for easy decision knowing such high maintenance fee but yet studio we stayed in was not up kept cleanly...open door to two fly’s on wall, mildew all over shower, hair clip left on night stand light, and ceiling fan full of dust not good being family has sever dust allergies...I know this is no fault to Getaways but want it to be know as I brought to Westgate Resort but nothing done with issues. Getaways was great with setting up the stay and reaching out numerous of times. Spoke with Lil Engstrom as she reached out with sincere concerns with issues I had and informed me in future to reach out to them and they can assist.
