Rebooking Tickets Simran was kind, patient, answered all our questions, and returned and responded to our phone calls. A pleasure for us since we have had many unpleasant experiences with other Lufthansa staff.

It is a scam It is a scam. None of the flights they so very nicely booked were real. No ticket or booking when you get to airport. Check BBB Reporting to FTC now.

Agent Simran Your agent Simran did a very, very fine job of arranging the bookings for my flights. I would recommend her highly, particularly since my attempts to book on line were nightmares of United/Lufthansa confusion!!
