However this doesn't change my opinion or star rating. So yes this was resolved eventually. But it doesn't excuse incompetence on your part and taking so long to send a refund (whereby I lost money on the bitcoin because of market decline) Regular user of Destinia. Thought I'd give these a shot. Booked a hotel with bitcoin, paid, then... nothing. I waited 12 hours for confirmation and received nothing. I contacted support, nothing. Just shafted me out of 0.1 bitcoin. Stick with Destinia, at least they have contact support telephone number should anything go wrong. Never trust a company that doesn't even give you a telephone support line.
