There is an email confirming the booking and then indicating a follow up email for the confirmed tickets. However, upon checking the confirmation, there are actually no tickets available and the company tries to sell the same tickets at a rate that is not even listed on the site. Terry was excellent Terry was excellent! Everyone is helpful and polite. I felt like I could trust the process and they got me great time/date for my flight.
