There is an email confirming the booking and then indicating a follow up email for the confirmed tickets. However, upon checking the confirmation, there are actually no tickets available and the company tries to sell the same tickets at a rate that is not even listed on the site. Experience date: February 16, 2023

The overall experience was good The overall experience was good. We booked the airfare on their website thinking we had them for a lot less but when I called in they said those tickets were sold out. I worked with Nicole and she get the same tickets but a a price lower then Delta’s price. Nicole even held the tickets for 30 minutes after giving me the actual cost so I could make a final decision without thinking about it and checking the cost first.

Very Disappointed Seeking flights for a family vacation next summer. Found multiple flights at a price less than half what I saw on other sites. Tried to buy, but received a call the next day claiming the discounted tix were "no longer available". Offering to sell same flights at a MUCH higher price. Was it Bait-n-Switch? Sure felt like it. I won't buy from them again

Bait and switch Bait and switch. They advertise low prices that they do not actually have available. Then they try to sell you other flights.
