Great Discounted Rate The rate offered was exceptional although it was paid in advance with no cancellation options. If you know you have to be there than that is no big deal. Hotel told me it was a Priceline rate which I wasn't aware of and didn't earn HHonors points which is a bummer. But when rate is 50% off lowest rate in the market, I can live with it.

He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!
