I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... YET SOME ARE STILL FRAUDULENT. THANKYOU FOR HELPING ME AQUIRE MINE.

Satisfied tourists. Ultimately, I received my passports and visas in a timely manner for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to another family member. I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.
