While everyone was very nice to deal… While everyone was very nice to deal with, we had on-going communication/customer service issues. We made a booking and later decided to cancel after having submitted our deposit. We had to follow up several times to cancel and several more to get refunded. While they did cancel and refund us, it took effort on our part and we're not sure either would have successfully occurred without our added effort.
