He was the one applying for my Indian visa and as he promised, I received my passport exactly after 3 days. Then with ticketing, he has been a great support booking my tickets, filling the forms out and arranging an extra luggage allowance. My flights were cancelled due to covid issue and he was available to communicate via calls and texts while I was in India. He is trying to refund my tickets. BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE. I made a reservation December 8 for travel March 21. Paid $670. Called February 19 to confirm as no further communication was received. Was then informed that my flight had been cancelled and they would like to rebook for me but unfortunately tickets would be much more expensive. Asked instead for a refund. Fourteen days later and no refund.
