GBArrived at airport and they hadn't booked us! I booked my family of 6 airline tickets through k2tickets and when we arrived at the airport, they couldn't find our reservation. We called K2 and even though we had a confirmation, they said it didn't go through because after we confirmed, there was a glitch and the tickets were no longer available. We had paid $1200 round trip. They offered to rebook us flights on a different day for almost $4000. Not a solution in my opinion. We asked for a full refund and my husband booked directly through the airline for $1750 ONE WAY and $1200 home. We ended up spending way way more, almost having to cancel our whole trip, and spending like 6 hours in the airport with all 4 of our kids (8 yr, 5 yr, 3 yr and 1 yr... not fun..) than if i would have booked direct to begin with.

GBSpencer was the representative that… Spencer was the representative that took care of me. To my surprise he was very kind, polite, and patient with me. Since I had several destination, he took his time to get each detail correct. And most importantly, saved me so much money in comparison to actual rates available.
