Unhelpful and Left Me Stranded (1 Star) Booked a flight with Adam Vacations that went through Canada. They NEVER mentioned needing a visa to transit! Because of this, I missed my flight and was stuck scrambling. While I understand visas are ultimately the passenger's responsibility, a little warning would have been nice. Especially since Canada requires an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) which seems easy to miss. Customer service offered no help and couldn't get the airline to budge on a rebooking. Basically left me high and dry. AVOID Adam Vacations if you don't want to be left stranded at the airport like me!

Poor response As per ticket only one luggage allowance was there, so i discussed with customer care regarding add on baggage and he updated that after booking ticket you can add luggage and they will assist. But after booking from Delhi to Winnipeg no response. I try to connect /write few mails but not response. Very worst service. Recommending not to book through Adam vacations. They misguiding persons.

Shameless Scammers ---- Should be Kicked out of United States Absolutely abysmal experience with Adam Vacations. Beware, they're nothing but deceitful con artists preying on unsuspecting customers. Fell victim to their filthy clickbait tactics, luring me in with seemingly low fares on Google Flights, only to slam me with exorbitant price hikes the moment I attempted to book. Not once, not twice, but thrice or even four times did I foolishly give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a different outcome. But each time, it was the same vile routine - bait and switch, then jack up the prices under the guise of airline fluctuations. Reported their despicable behavior to Google, but it seems these shameless scammers continue to roam free, preying on innocent travelers. Save yourself the agony and avoid Adam Vacations like the plague unless you're keen on donating your hard-earned money to a pack of remorseless robbers.
