She was a very capably guide and effectively managed the group without any problems. Her manner and knowledge were both excellent. I undertook to muster a collection to afford her a Tip for her outstanding service and every person in the party willingly contributed to that Tip without hesitation. I've undertaken over 20 overseas trips and I can say with reservation that they don't come any better in both knowledge and ability than Linda. Ron (An Australian visitor)

Could be better Other tours were OK. There was a cancellation of s tour since the tour operator does not run on Tue I got phone calls & emails informing me right after I booked. That leaves me enough time to replay my itinerary. The descriptions of tour could be more specific precise including tour ending time & place that the tours end so that customers can plan better & without sending City Discovery emails just to ask that.

THE Tour when visiting Berlin! Astonishingly knowledgeable and interesting tour. Lucien was entertaining as well as informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He did not appear concerned about time and the 3-4 hour indicated ran into over 6! I cannot recommend this tour too highly. Only glad there was not a test at the end to see how much we remembered!! Brilliant.

Booking on line was easy Booking on line was easy and the collect and drop offs to our hotel were all good except one where the coach driver missed our hotel and we did a full loop of Singapore dropping everyone else off before returning to our hotel drop off. Longer night than we expected but we did see more of Singapore.

No Trust for Refunds Some years before, by mistake I booked a tour for a date I would not be able to attend due to a different schedule. This company did not refund the prepayment. Though this was my mistake, I would not trust them for future tours.
