I got a personal phone call within 48 hrs with an answer to my questions. Plus a response by email. GBOn the main page On the main page, my item reported a $30 rebate, but this was not applied at checkout. Customer service was not available, even by live chat. When I got my bag a few days later, it was the wrong bag with the wrong color. Despite calling customer service "during business hours", I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

GBOur order was received lightning fast Our order was received lightning fast. We had a problem opening the luggage when we received it. We called customer service, and within 2 minutes we had the problem solved.

GBPerfect waist pack Leather waist pack was exactly what I wanted for my dog walking hikes in the mountains, but can & will wear it in town also. The tan leather is really pretty & soft- have worn it daily for a month in rain, snow & below zero weather- it looks like new. Love it & plan to buy another in a different color.

GBive never left an annoyed review before wow Been a week and never sent me tracking info, no way to check status without an account, do not use if youre buying for a trip you wont get your item in time. You at least will stress about it for days because you have no clue what’s going on and when you email support they’ll just tell you to chill out.
