BEST DEAL WITH SIMONS..AMAZING TRIP..!!!! It was my first abroad tour and i must say Mr Nishad my tour coordinator makes it more fabulous. I appreciate his daliy basis coordination and feed back. All hotel property was good, activities given to us was best possible and all transfer without any delay as per itinerary. Dubai tour with Simons Holidays ! We had booked dubai tour with Simons Holidays. Priyanka was very helpful and had organised a wonderful tour for my family. Overall experience was good. Thailand trip. Thailand trip.. Good trip.. Sea sun and sand phuket is a good property but the staff needs some customer service training. Nova Platinum pattaya exterior property was good though rooms and bathroom needs to be more clean.. Galleria 12 bangkok was decent. Courteous staff though small rooms. Breakfast was good.. Activities covered in package were good.. Though the price matched for the trip paid.. Nishad was helpful too..
