Customer service was very responsive and patient with confirming the tickets. They stayed on the phone and called back when necessary to confirm everything was set including booking my preferred seat. I would definitely use this service again!!!

This third party its fraud This third party its fraud, they make hotel reservations using another persons identity and points, charge the person for a high price and use the points that give you free nights!! they hacked Marriott's accounts. FRAUD NEVER BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was looking for plane tickets to… I was looking for plane tickets to visit my son and his family in mexico. prices were sky high. i found lookupvacations and ended up paying less than half what i would have paid through any other place. they were easy to deal with and easy to talk to. i would not have been able to afford to go see my son and his family if i would not have found lookupvacations.

They are Legit... Kenneth helped us get our tickets to El Salvador. Flights were much cheaper than booking on the actual airline site. No pressure from him. He held our tickets for 24 hours and allowed us to call him back the next day after we were able to search around for cheaper flights. This is a legit service that they offer here and i wont have any hesitation on going back to them on my next travels. Kenneth and his team ROCKS!!!!

I NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED IN MY CREDIT CARD WE NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION AND AUTHORIZATION SENT BY EMAIL but they have charged the quantities in my credit card without my consent. When I see the charges in my bank I send them a email for returning hem to me the charges but they send me the booking Iberia 354XWQ with the wrong surnames and now they say that they can't do anything. I think they are scammers because raise the prices and do charges in your credit card without your authoritation. I'm trying to fix it but they say that They can do anything, even when it has been his own wrong. I'll keep this bad opinion until the give me a solution.
