DKStraight-forward booking and helpful… Straight-forward booking and helpful communication along the way. Email were answered swiftly. The villa was in good condition and matched the expectations. The local representative was helpful and attentive. We did have one issue. Club Villamar changed bank account after they sent an payment reminder e-mail but before I transferred the money, so there was emails back and forth to track down the payment. This made me question the authencity, but eventually the money was received, and everything was back on track. I wish the payment could have been made with a credit card instead of bank transfer to avoid the hassle and the cost of international money transfer.

GBShabby and dangerous villa Shabby and dangerous villa. Do NOT book! Requires: new oven new fridge new bed new parasols and instructions to the effect that the door to the pool outside automatically locks when shut! Trying to be careful with the air conditioning we shut the door and the result was two 70 year old and a 4 year old stuck outside in the evening with no dry towels, no food, no drink, no phones and no clothes or shoes. The representative eventually came 3 hours later!!!!

GBNot happy with their service at all! The villa was beautiful but the hospitality was not what we expected. Firstly, we arrived there with family of 9 including kids in 34 degrees weather and there was absolutely no water to drink. The air conditioning wasn't working in one the bedrooms and we were told that it will be fixed in 2 days but no one bothered to even answer our phone calls. No hand-wash, no towels , bath mats in any of the toilets. So basically, if you go there, you are meant to bring everything with you, they won't even provide you water. Overall, villa was clean but I wish we had a better experience.

GBAbsolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. Rude and unhelpful throughout our whole experience. Charging extra for towels and bed sheets, being rude when asked simple questions about travel to and from the property - AND, refusing to pay back a 1000€ deposit whilst manufacturing reasons to not do so. They accused us of drug use and all sorts of misdemeanours and have now blocked us from appealing to get our money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

ESThe house was very good except that it… The house was very good except that it lacked air conditioning. Apart from that we have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they do not answer our calls or emails and after paying €1000 deposit they still have not returned them to us
