GBModern day pirates! Called to book tour with Honey Island Swamp Tours. They booked us with Cajun Encounters wich was 20 min from our desired location. Luckily the wonderful people at Cajun Encounters held the boat until we arrived. Very stressful situation on an otherwise relaxing vacation with my son. Guy at Honey Island says they do this all the time. Someone is getting paid behind the scenes to divert biz to Honey Island''s competition.

GBVery Polite and Helpful Representatives My Rep was truly a wonderful person who spent time in helping me make a decision and the different tourist attractions you have to offer. Once I picked what I wanted, he was very patient and explained every thing about the attraction in great detail. My representative's name was Sean. Because of his service I will definitely refer people to TripShock.

GBDon’t book throug Tripshock!!! They lie about “lowest price guaranteed” Don’t book throug Tripshock!!!! It’s easy to find local service provider and you’ll save 30+%. We had a trip to Crab Island, I booked it through tripshock for 602$ total, then I communicate only with Sunventure cruises company. Their receipt was for 458$, catamaran crew was nice and friendly, they did their job perfect and spent 4 hours with us. So they valued their “service and compensation” for 150$… it’s too much, so I advise to check NEXT couple google pages for booking and you’ll save money.

GBGood time The Price was great. The boat crew Tim and Kevin were hilarious and so informative and helpful. Only part I don't recommend was the front desk girl Mercedes, she was rude and we didn't appreciate it after dropping over 400$ on a hour and a half of entertainment. Otherwise we loved the ride, especially seeing the dolphins.

GBFirst-timers Overall pretty convenient, but there were two flaws. One, the items were snatched out of my cart during checkout & abruptly increased by three dollars per ticket, and I wasn't allowed use my coupon code for 10% off. I'd still probably use the sight again, though.
