But I will say that if you're after something immediate, don't want to have any time waiting to confirm the ride and ready to gtfo, this was a great service. 3 stars entirely for convenience. Driver wasn't nice or mean and vehicle wasn't overly clean or dirty.

Don't ever use this service My sister paid ahead for my trip to Buffalo Airport including tip..The driver was late and claimed that he wasn't paid in full so I had to pay him an extra 20 dollars.I had to direct him to airport because he was in the wrong lane a couple times and it was a terrible way to start my trip.When I got there I was able to get in touch with my sister and she told me the driver lied to me and I shouldn't have paid him.I plan on contacting the Police and hope this driver is fired and charged.I will also post this review to YELP
