GBTour de Sport The lift tickets, that were part of the Tour de Sport (TdS) package, were for the wrong date and we lost a 1/2 day skiing by the time the mountain cleared it up. The TdS rep was MIA while it happend and we then played phone tag for approx two weeks after the trip. Eventually I got a final message from the TsD rep telling me the season was over.

GBSliding down I had done business with this company in setting ski vacation for my family. The first year was great. No problems. This year, I did not receive a bill that I requested and I would rather send a check than use my credit cards. I never receive a conformation that they receive the money. At the site, there problems with ski passes that were part of the package.

GBJulie at Tours de Sport is the best! Tours de Sport did an awesome job of organizing a trip for our group of 5. I checked different Colorado ski resorts and many different options, but I could have saved a lot of time and expense by calling Julie at Tours in the first place. She knows all the resorts, location of different accommodations, flight and shuttle transport options, and even ski rental options. Next year I'm calling Julie again!

GBAvoid them! Although they present themselves as a discount travel agent, the package they provided was actually more expensive that what I could get online on my own. Prices had dropped since the checked and they did not offer me the cheaper rates. And I had to pay their booking fee in addition to higher rates. Also, the cancellation terms they offered were more restrictive than I could obtain on my own through hotels.com or bookings.com. I have no idea how they stay in business.
