Strongly recommend. After my flight got delayed for almost 4 hours I contacted Inspecto to figure out whether I was entitled to compensation. They handled everything and I got the money in less than a month.

I usually don’t write review I usually don’t write review, but I was pleasantly surprised by your professionalism.After checking online to see how to get compensation for our flight that delay over 24h , leaving from Washington DC to Brussels and traveling as a family of 5 with 3 children. I choose to give a trial to your company and it’s was a great service. I first emailed you on July 10th and on August 4th we received our compensation. I appreciate the fact that you gave many updates throughout the process . Thanks again!

In August 2019 I turned to Inspecto for… In August 2019 I turned to Inspecto for compensation from Easyjet who had refused EC regulation 261 payment for my partner, (they had paid mine) and refused taxi fare to get us to a different airport for our return flight, and refused any meal or other compensation despite it being a ten hour delay of flight. Inspecto at first seemed to be responsive but in April 2020 keeping me informed seemed to stop, perhaps partly due to Covid and partly due to their decision of having to go to a court case. In October 2020 I learned that Easyjet had in fact paid Inspecto the EC Regulation 261 compensation for my partner, but according to Inspecto nothing else, and since I asked for this to be paid over to us I have heard nothing and no e-mails are answered. This is not the behaviour of a responsible legal set-up and to me is morally indefensible.
