Worthy the extra time Overall I am glad I used Hotflightdeals. You don’t get the low flight rate they advertise on their website but at the end (the process can take up to 24-72 hours for final confirmation) you get a significantly better rate then many other most commonly used websites. The representative EMILY WILSON was excellent throughout the whole process. She helped me to buy 4 different tickets for two different trips. Thank you Emily!

Bumpy start but very smooth landing I found the initial process of dealing with Hot Flight Deals to be very confusing and in large part that is my fault. I didn't research and I wasn't sure how it worked. I had a flight booked, or so I thought, only to find out I didn't and needed to spend more money. Robbin came in towards the middle of my experience and did everything he could to help me. Answered calls, emails frequently and was generally very wonderful.
