FRAUD FRAUD ! FRAUD! FRAUD ! Horrible Customer Service after you purchase a ticket with Tripfur.I had a terrible experience during Covid-19 ticket cancellation refund. This is what helped me - Call directly Delta airline at 1-800-221-1212.Tell them your ETicket number & request for a refund. Airline will refund 100% of your ticket money to you directly on your Credit card that was used during ticket purchase. DO NOT GO THROUGH TRIPFUR. They will deduct a big chunk under Tax & Processing fees.
