We have parked with flyaway for two… We have parked with flyaway for two years multiple times…. Had a fabulous experience until this year… they wrecked our Cadillac.. someone drove it into a wall… it’s been over two months and no communication… think twice before parking with them!! We heard from them and they will not acknowledge responsibility!!!

Excellent service! I haven’t traveled by air in three years, so I was a little apprehensive about it. On top of that, I managed to book myself on very odd-timed flights. I departed at 5:00am and returned after midnight several days later. Your service was absolutely excellent! The drivers were quick and friendly and the reservation process and check-in was flawless. I will use you again and recommend you to all of my friends. I anticipate flying more often, as I recently retired, so I look forward to seeing you soon!

Fast, efficient, friendly. Good communication, minimal wait times for shuttles, with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Great service for our early morning departure and late evening arrival.

Flyaway Parking Auckland Easy booking online. The staff were helpful and efficient. Phd for shuttle there quickly and the was driver very good and chatty. Poor service and rates have increased too much Waited too long to be picked up at Fly Away to go to airport when leaving. Did get picked up promptly from airport when returning however when got back to Fly Away noticed my vehicle being slowly driven around lot. each row. I waited for almost 10 minutes in 95 degree heat and finally had to flag my own vehicle down. Ridiculous!! Went inside to pay because card on file had expired(no problem)and there was someone in lobby waiting cause you couldn't find their car!! Terrible experience.
