The hidden travel agent "Rani" raised his voice at me multiple times causing me to cry and pressured me to sign the contract. Update: Called Delta and found out my call was intercepted by this scam. When I asked Flysky9 for a refund they told me to remove this bad review.

Addie Brown was very patient explaining to me the process and cost involved in changing my reservation. He even was able to change the couple we are going with reservation also. FlySky 9 is a total scam FlySky 9 is a total scam. They pay for a lot of money SEO for phone numbers that are similar to the major airlines but are not exactly the same. The representative that my mom spoke to NEVER mentioned that he was from a third party and lied about the flight that he was booking my mom on. When she called them they promised to refund the booking fee but did not. They claim to be travel agents, which they may also do, but mainly they are super shady. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
