Please dont use this airline Please trust me when I say do not use this company to buy your tickets. I bought a ticket for $400 and soon recieved a Whatsapp message from a guy called Mike saying "do you want to book this flight" and then proceeded to spam calls which seemed really dodgy. I decided it didnt seem right so i requested to cancel instead in which he said "Miss it’s already under process and your departing return flight is confirmed it’s just the departure flight left now" and asked for a call back. I called and they kept asking if i wanted to cancel and i kept saying yes but ofc he kept trying to deter me. After the call i asked for some sort of confirmation of the cancellation and he said "no please its my work. you will receipt of cancellation in 3-4 working days so do remind me here." ??? I told them they were being unprofessional and they said "before acusing us of being unprofessional pls check your card statement if the money is deducted or not" Never experienced anything like it. Dont bother, pay extra for a more trustworthy airline

SCAM! Harrassment SCAM!! I was checking pricing on one of those sites that compare several at the same time, I started putting my info in on SkyDay and had got to the part where I input my credit card info. I stopped and thought, I've never heard of Skyday. So I googled them and read some of the reviews and chose to NOT book and closed it out. 30 minutes later my phone rings, it's a Florida number and I answered and it was a lady with a strong accent asking me to confirm my reservation. I told her that I had not made a final decision yet and when I do, I will book it online. She was trying the hard-sell technique, which is a turn off. She was trying to get me a "better deal" by having me fly into a different airport and to fly on different days. I told her I was not ready to commit and finally had to hang up and block her. 5 minutes later I heard a DING on the phone, she sent me 2 messages on WhatsApp!! I have never had a reservation site hound me like this! I will stick to one of the bigger name sites in the future.

Mike was very kind and helpful Mike was very kind and helpful, I needed to change my dates on my ticket and he helped me do that with no problems. Also when I was in doubt and kept asking if I was being scammed he said no and he kept showing me everything legit.
