Booked a rental for our holiday in Orlando and was the victim of a less than honest Rental Agent Booked a rental for our holiday in Orlando. Very good price. The Rental company whom we got the car from charged us extra and it turned out we were the victims of fraud, the agent at the rental charged us for things we didn’t ask for or need. We contacted AutoRentals after returning home and Chris from AutoRentals sorted the whole thing out form us gaining us a full refund of all overcharged monies. Excellent service and customer care. Not their fault certain rental agents are not to honest.
