Trustworthy I have used Book2park many times and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and courteous and always willing to help you have the best experience possible when booking and leaving your car at a designated hotel. Waste of money, time and 3rd party more expensive Unacceptable, and neglected to mention the parking lot would only accept cash upon arrival check in. I was therefore late and could not pay for the remainder of the balance because I was using a work credit card. In addition, the lot was cheaper if you went directly through their prebooking site. Not only was I late for my flight, but it was a horrible start to the trip.

Difficult reservation process I made a reservation online and received a printable receipt and two email receipts. All of them had different dates for arrival and departure and all of them were wrong. I called the phone number and was able to speak to someone, but she spoke limited English and the connection was poor and unprofessional. She called me back and told me that I would need to pay $38 more. This is much higher than the rate that I initially booked. This company seems like a scam.

Convenient and reasonable price This is not the first time we've booked our long term parking thru book2park. it's convenient - website is easy to navigate. i've compared prices with other long-term airport parking facilities and book2park offers the most competitive rates.

Another great experience We were greeted pleasantly by Johnny when we arrived at the lot and he took us to our ship. Upon our return, Alvin was waiting at the port to direct us to the shuttle.
