GBA few bad apples at Harah's casino Harah's casino treated me so bad at check in. It took me 5 hours to get a room. No one would direct me to a Manager to help me get checked in. They really dog me out. Tuesday morning (Megan your service Rep called me, comforted me with encouraging words, she really fix the situation with her kindness. Also, she set me up with a steak dinner for my trouble.) Your company and staff are amazing I will definitely book again. A few bad apples at Harrahs tried to give your company a bad name but your company is amazing! I give your company 5stars!

GBBooking our honeymoon was the best wedding gift ever! I am getting married in a week and was afraid of not being able to make a reservation at a decent location for our honeymoon.
