I was connected with Marcus and he was… I was connected with Marcus and he was helpful amidst the change on our itinerary. He stayed in contact even through the weekends and gave me timely updates. Also, He successfully delivered my request and even followed through after the fact. This is the definition of communication, and i loved the fact that they actually call you not just through emails! I was in doubt at first if the agency… I was in doubt at first if the agency is legit as there was an error while processing the payment. However, when we called the hotline and the customer service representative Atul assisted me to solve the issue I felt more comfortable. Thanks, Atul!

Persistence Paid Off While my initial efforts to work with this company were extremely frustrating with online booking efforts that could not get processed without explanation followed by phone calls that got dropped or were disconnected by Travelcation, I finally got to an agent named Aurelius who worked diligently to get the booking done for me including seat assignments, frequent flyer numbers. etc., double checking everything to be sure it was correct. It took hours of effort but we finally got ticketed on the flights we wanted. Their phone number came into my phone as "Suspected Spam" so their calls to me were getting blocked by my carrier Xfinity.

Was easy to book with online....but… Was easy to book with online....but then out of no where someone called me and said they needed to charge me another 2000$ for the flights to book my seats, if i didn't pay the amount they would cancel the whole trip and only give a partial refund. I had suspicious charges on my card which i disputed as the total they billed did not add up to the total i was invoiced. took weeks to resolve and still had them threatening to cancel my trip a few days before departure.
