Value for money and easy to use Worth it if planning to cover the attractions in the list. Simple and easy to use. Would be good if I didn't have to contact customer service as I had an instance where the agent didn't read/understand the question about the inability to book the Cruise and answered something :-) The issue got resolved anyway. City pass not worth the savings if something goes wrong We were disappointed that the city pass is not covered by the same assurances as if you buy directly from the provider. I would say that the money you save through the city pass is not worth the lack of customer care of something goes wrong. Having a city pass feels like you fall through the cracks.

Questionable customer service and value is lacking Many issues with this service. It would do them better to actually have service at each site and reconsider their Ts & Cs than automatically send you their terms and refuse a refund outright. After my complaints, I did receive a partial refund from sickness, but this should not be such a hard thing to fight for. I am raising their marks to 3*. They need a lot more work and I'd be hesitant in suggesting them as a supplier but at least they did respond.

Chicago CityPass This was a great, discounted way to visit many of the area attractions, and even jump some lines! Two wishes- 1) that CityPass would give the average time spent at each attraction so as to allot enough time (for example- we didn't give the Museum of Science and Industry near enough time, and rather "wasted" the ticket) and 2) an electronic way of redeeming tickets. The fear of losing the booklet makes you a little parampnoid, since you can't get a new booklet. This may have been remedied by now. Overall, great experience!

Great savings on a range of sites We bought a family city pass during a trip to Seattle for a friend’s wedding. It offered great savings and gave us something to do almost everyday we didn’t have a wedding related activity. All the venues that offered online booking in advance also had a method of redeeming the CityPASS through their site making it very convenient. There’s a good range of attractions on offer suitable for adults and kids. I would happily recommend CityPASS and look for it again on a city break in the future.
