Joy thought of everything for us all I needed was to tell her the destination. I love the care package she sent us prior to our departure. Overall Overall, my trip went as planned. We had a great time in Africa and all of our scheduled events went through without a hitch. We experienced professionalism through out our excursions and the hotels we booked were extremely comfortable.

Joy is a superstar travel agent!!! Joy is a superstar travel agent!!!! Traveling during a pandemic is no easy task and Joy made it as stress-free as possible. Our group of 12 needed to change locations VERY last minute, due to Covid 19, and within a matter of a few weeks of restarting from scratch, we had an itinerary completed and travel information for everyone. I know that was a stressful thing to handle seeing how we were less than 4 months away from departure but Joy never wavered. She knocked it out of the park. The trip all together was an unbelievable experience and exceed expectations by a longshot. This was a 10 day trip to Dubai and easily the greatest trip planned by a travel agent who actually treated my family like her family. Very professional and loving towards us and nowhere near like travel agents we have dealt with in the past. I can write a short book about how great this experience was but I HIGHLY recommend you see for yourself. Joy will NOT let you down!!!+

Magnificent Magnificent. Sophisticated. Instagram worthy. All of it = perfect 🥰 I Used to live in Italy and Joy STILL found a way to make every adventure new! She took me to places I had never been & it was so much fun! She found the coolest places, the best guides, and the sweetest locations. I usually don't use agents, but I can see why one should use Joy. 10/10 recommend.
