GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. They forgot to ask us for the balance of the cost, and are never available on the phone. Having finally received the E-ticket, they have booked our return flight for five hours BEFORE we are allowed to disembark! A true shambles with no one to speak to! We will never use them again.......

GBDreadful experience with this company. Booked by telephone. I was given lots of wrong information by agent. So far I have paid in full for a cruise and stay and all they have sent is an invoice which states the wrong ship and an outward flight, which takes 3 days to arrive! No confirmation was received. They seem to have broken every ABTA rule, even the advert stated “ transfers included” but they say they are not! I have reported them to ATOL, ABTA, trading standards and the ASA.

GBKarl was very efficient and very quick… Karl was very efficient and very quick to check dates on the phone .. he checked a few cruises for us as we can only travel on certain dates .. very nice guy
