GBEndless Japan We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tour provided by Charming Destination. We truly enjoyed our Endless Japan package. It covered several must see places and was reasonably priced. We were helped and assisted by David Ariaga, who has been an excellent support throughout the whole process of arranging the tour. We were happy and will use this company again for our next Europe tour.

GBTravel Preparation (part 1 of 3) We responded to TravelZoo for a trip called "Beautiful Korea and Japan - Travelzoo Special" and was contacted by Charming Travel Destinations (CTD) who took our order (June, 2018) and provided a cost breakdown. After paying for the travel order, we were provided with etickets that had the wrong dates of the trip. After reviewing, the corrected etickets were sent to us. We were contacted (by email) by David Arriaga, a Charming Travel Consultant with updated travel information during the process. However on the day of travel (October, 2018), when trying to confirm our flights to Korea (first location) through Beijing on Air China Limited, the eticket numbers provided by CTD didn't allow check-in because they were wrong! On the day of travel (October, 2018) we tried to call (David) at CTD and another person (Jean Leong) indicated that we should be provided with corrected eticket numbers but then the Air China web site didn't allow check-in using those numbers due to it's limited website (as can be seen in Air China site reviews). We then had to call Jean at CTD to check us in and also to provide a copy of the new etickets. All the while, David Arriaga DID NOT call us back on any of the issues or problems noted in this review. As indicated, this is part one of three, the travel preparation. Hopefully, the second part (the trip to Korea and Japan) and the third part (final analysis) will be more satisfying based on the cost and time undertaken for an Asian trip using Charming Travel Destinations, located in El Monte, CA.
