He not only calls occasionally to see if I have any upcoming travel plans, but also calls once I’ve arrived at my destination to make sure my flight went well and to see if I need any assistance with rental cars or hotels. Bird travel is a great company to work… Bird travel is a great company to work with. They helped me arrange my trip in a timely fashion with good communication at all levels. All the reservations were as promised with no shockers. Russel was very helpful and addressed all my concerns throughout.
