I know so because I did my homework before calling him although I didn’t let him know this in advance. Tristan was patient but diligent in checking fight times and price locators with other airline carriers. He made my day and now he has a customer for life! Thieves..BEWARE!!! This is the first time I have ever written a negative comment about a company. I come from a place that mistakes are made and give people the benefit of the doubt, however, don't steal my money! I was charged 1288.80 from Catch Any Flight, a third party travel agent. I purchased nonstop tickets on American Airlines from JFK to CanCun Mexico. My flight times were changed three times including a stop over in Miami, Florida. Because the flight was no longer direct and the times were changed more than an hour from my original itinerary, American Airlines was offering a full refund, however, Catch Any Flight needed to provide me the refund. Catch any Flight said I would receive a refund, I have been waiting almost a month and was told my refund would be 1895.00. 684.00 dollars less than what I paid them. I keep getting the run around without an explanation. I have contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with American Airlines and they indicated the Catch Any Flight has received a Full refund on their Visa Card!

I would have to give Bruce White credit… I would have to give Bruce White credit for calling me and getting everything right, and then followup, he is very polite and professional with my reservation. however, the site need to update the the pricing daily or honor the given price.

Everyone who attended me was very nice… Everyone who attended me was very nice and as helpful as could be. My experience however, was rather difficult. Why? Tristan, the first helper, got sick and needed to leave without passing on his info to another, James, very nice, doesn't have enough experience to help customers yet. We spent a long time before transferring me to Xavier, who solved my trip schedule. I later spoke with Ronnie on a different call, and he was also very nice and helpful. He found me an impossibly cheap flight out of Columbia SC to Las Vegas. He was very patient and walked me through the entire process.
