Bunch of scammers Bunch of scammers. They will lure you into their scam by promoting a cheaper flight price. I got a phone call after i booked the flights saying that one ticket is in the waiting queue and that I would have to pay extra for all tickets to confirm our seats. I refused to pay extra and they offered an alternative option. I realised i had been speaking to the same person who was pretending to change his voice and used different names. Do not fall for the 5 star reviews. They are clearly fake.

Excellent I like Ruby kaur services she helps me for checking in I am sure before how many baggage I am allowed to take but she explained me and she solve my problem because somebody said before I m allowed to take only 23 kg I was scared because I pay extra money for luggage and I m allowed still to take 23 kg she explained everything me she is so kind polite by nature I prefer her for future as well Thankyou so much

I recently booked a trip and my overall… I recently booked a trip and my overall experience was nice. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of options available for flights. However, there were a few areas where improvement could be made. While the website was easy to navigate, I found that some of the information regarding baggage policies and seat selections was not as clear as I would have liked. Additionally, I encountered a slight delay with one of my flights, which caused some inconvenience to my travel schedule. On the positive side, the customer service representative Zoya Khuneja was polite and helpful when I needed assistance with my booking. In conclusion, while my experience was average overall, there is room for improvement in certain areas such as clarity of information and punctuality. With some adjustments, I believe they could enhance the customer experience and provide an even better service.
