Rose was very helpful getting me a seat… Rose was very helpful getting me a seat for my trip to visit family over the holidays. She explained everything to me and took the time to get me a seat. I was trying to book economy but she explained to me that was overbooked and checked main cabin and got me a seat there and went ahead with the booking after I accepted everything.

This booking company helped schedule good flights This booking company helped me to find good flights on the dates and times that I needed them. Rose Marley was kind and equally patient as we worked through finalization of our trip purchase and the Farecorner fees.

DONT GET FOOLED!!!!! I went to your site after checking prices at other sites. I checked available flights and purchased what I thought was a good deal.as soon as I finished my purchase you offered a better flight with no stops so I gave you a call and you helped me cancel the first flight and I booked the other flight and paid for what appeared to be a good deal. I later checked my email and it said "URGENT/CONTACT BOOKING and my ref #FCR1706724184. Of course I called and they said they would not honor the sale because it was non stop. I asked if they would still honor the first flight I booked and the agent said they could not. I asked if they had something similar available and the agent checked. Of course the only other flights he could offer were over twice the original price even after talking with his supervisor did he offer the insult of an additional $50.00 dollars off the inflated price. The only good experience was with Max Cooper who was at least polite even after spending over 20 minutes with me and while I was on hold.

Abby Williams contacted me very shortly… Abby Williams contacted me very shortly after my purchase to inform me the seats were no longer available. He reworked the flights and seats then called back to make sure I had received all the confirmations.
