Good experience, but could have been better. Good experience, but could have been better. Great tour guide. Pick up from hotel was far too early as you just sit at the site for over an hour just waiting, totally unnecessary to be there that early before your flight. Reception staff were quite unfriendly, definitely not welcoming at all. Helicopter was packed full which made the experience not so enjoyable. Four solid sized people in the back of the helicopter was too much, you were so squashed. Weather wasn't great and so we couldn't see much of the canyon.

The helicopter ride itself was cool The helicopter ride itself was cool, however we sat on the right side of the helicopter in the back so I honestly feel like we got cheated of the experience. We couldn't see over the other couple that sat on the left of the helicopter which is where the view of all the sights were. I understand that there's a flight route that has to be followed but for $100+ & 10 minutes, I would have at least felt better if I could have actually captured the moment! I feel like we were slighted 😡

Awesome Flight Helicopter tour was piloted by Tom who is comfortable with the aircraft and knowledge concerning the local area. His tour of the canyon was enlightening, enlivening, and downright awesome. Enjoyed every aspect from pick up to return delivery from to our hotel front door. Thank You

Every aspect from pick up to drop off… Every aspect from pick up to drop off was outstanding and everyone had great attitudes and definitely made the hole customer atmosphere a real pleasure. Life long memories Life long memories. One of the best experiences ever. Great organisation and communication from the start. Coach bang on time, and took off in the heli on time too. Our pilot Mike (mad-dog) was honestly incredible. So knowledgeable, funny, and just a complete all round legend. Music, commentary throughout the experience was just amazing. He even gave us a (mad dog) mini extended tour cus “the vibes were good”. Above and beyond to make it special for us, hero. If you come to vegas you have to do this tour via chopper. 6 stars!
