Sent me multiple reviews/feedback for the flights that I was interested in 5. Always answered very quickly (I think he doesn't)

I was looking for a last-minute flight… I was looking for a last-minute flight to Europe, and the prices online for something decent were ridiculously expensive, I decided to try with a travel agent and, luckily was connected with Dwayne, and in less than one hour I had the confirmation in email, the price was around 40-50% cheaper than a similar flight online. Thanks My agent Alex did the impossible and was able to put me on the same flight as my mom booked, was trying to find the same itinerary online, but just couldn`t do it, and on top of that my price was lower than my mom`s but she booked her ticket 6 months prior than me. Alex assisted me with the seat selection and meal selection and did the check-in for me. I could reach him anytime I needed, even if he was not in the office, he is very responsive.
