Found a much lower price than online 2. Listened carefully to what I needed, and did everything the same 3. Advised on what airline and type of plane to choose 4. Sent me multiple reviews/feedback for the flights that I was interested in 5. Always answered very quickly (I think he doesn't)

I was looking for a last-minute flight… I was looking for a last-minute flight to Europe, and the prices online for something decent were ridiculously expensive, I decided to try with a travel agent and, luckily was connected with Dwayne, and in less than one hour I had the confirmation in email, the price was around 40-50% cheaper than a similar flight online. From now on will book all my travel tickets with Dwayne!

Thanks My agent Alex did the impossible and was able to put me on the same flight as my mom booked, was trying to find the same itinerary online, but just couldn`t do it, and on top of that my price was lower than my mom`s but she booked her ticket 6 months prior than me. Alex assisted me with the seat selection and meal selection and did the check-in for me. I could reach him anytime I needed, even if he was not in the office, he is very responsive.

I would like to thank Roger for… I would like to thank Roger for arranging a complicated flight for our family which was coming from 3 different cities, he built a flight that would meet us in the US and take us to Japan on the same long-haul flight for all members! I spent more than 1 week trying to do this by myself, but I couldn't do it (not for a decent price at least). On top of that, our tickets come with a free exchange and refund policy, couldn't believe that travel agencies have access to something like this. Roger, hope to deal with you again in the future.
