Thorough Follow ups, Competitive Rates After discovering TTL from an Indian Portal, My personal opinion is, I had a positive and prompt experience with TTL. They simply offered competitive rates without delays or haggling. Their agent Mr. Sanjay was prompt, clear and over thorough in his work. They are cautious about privacy, and I hope they maintain it in future too. If my flying experience goes well, TTL will get 5 more stars. Thankyou.

Very happy with the Team I couldn't be happier with the service and deal Nitesh and his team came up with. Online air ticket prices were way higher than the fares provided by TTL. Hats off to the team for constantly following up and keep looking for different options for my changing needs. I definitely recommend TTL before you book online and want better air ticket deals.

Not a profession company to buy tickets I purchased the ticket from https://flydealfare (Merchant Name: TTL Holidays) on 16th Dec 2019 and a total amount of $3684.87. When I checked my CC statement, I saw all 7 lines in my credit card statement. 4 line items charged by United Airlines amount $2842.xx and $842.xx was charged by TTL holidays. Fly date was 25th June 2020 Due to COVID, I got a call from flydealfare and they confirmed the flight was cancelled. After a month, they confirmed that they will refund $3484 instead of original charge $3684.87 (deduct $200 = $50/passenger). I agreed. By Aug end, I got a partial refund of a total $2842.78 from United airline. As per Merchant, TTL holiday already refunded $642 to same credit card on 17th July 2020 with transaction reference number 0014883xxx . Merchant confirmed this in mid October 2020. I checked with my Credit card company representative, whether there is any refund from TTL Holidays with an amount $642 and Credit card representative confirmed that there is no refund from TTL holidays merchant. I contacted TTL again and requested for evidence of this refund but surprisingly there is no evidence for this refund.
