Super Seemless Experience! What a fantastic experience this was! We drove in, were directed to a spot to park and the shuttle was waiting for us before we even got all our stuff out of the car! The return was as easy and seemless!

I booked a park and sleep hotel on your… I booked a park and sleep hotel on your website. I got the confirmation email, reached out to the customer service and got excellent help from Greg who readjusted my check in dates promptly and was very helpful!

They scored poorly... The process is such, you pay for the parking spot, the ride to the airport, and the return ride back from the airport. HOWEVER, if any of those process pieces fail, Parking Access will take Zero Responsibility for failure, but will assume all responsibility for it's success. They failed to pick me up from the airport, and I had to Uber to my spot after waiting for 35 plus minutes at the designated Courtesy Van location. The Double Tree Hotel took zero responsibility as well. I wasn't even requesting a full refund, just half, heck or reimburse my Uber ride. As a result, they failed to obtain more than 2 stars from me.

we were 1st time users and loved their operation we were 1st time users; Parking Access is a most efficient operation and they reside on the beautiful campus of SUNY-Purchase. Their costs are reasonable. Their pick up upon arrival was quick.
