GBAfter reading a mix of reviews After reading a mix of reviews, I decided to go ahead and book. I followed the instructions provided and recieved my booking shortly after. Just to confirm, I waited a week and confirmed with the resort directly. My reservations were booked, as promised! I still have a few more months before my trip, but I am super excited and nothing to worry about, except going! ...... so far, so good. I would recommend!

GBI'm so glad I found Club 1 Hotels I'm so glad I found Club 1 Hotels! I have been booking through them for 3 years now and have never had a problem. They offer excellent discounts and have a variety of options. I even save when I book last minute! I will continue to do all my bookings through Club 1 because the savings are amazing! Also, customer service is excellent!

GBStay away I made a reservation and selected to use my available points to reduce the cost. However, after checkout my credit card was charged the full amount. So I immediately canceled that reservation as it was fully refundable and made a second reservation using my points. Again, my credit card was charged the full amount. This wasn't user error as we had just made a booking under my husband's account using points without issue. So I reached out to customer service and asked them to fix it, to take my points and refund the amount to my credit card. They said the did this. However, they somehow attached it to the first reservation, which was already canceled and fully refundable in the first place. This was over a month ago. For weeks I have been reaching out to customer service and never get a reply to emails or online support message requests. I have tried calling but can never actually talk to someone. One time I got someone to respond to the text message option. This person was snide about the amount I was due and assured me it would be handled in 48 hours. That was 11 days ago. However, I still haven't received the refund and no one will respond to further messages.
