It's the best way to ensure you are hitting all of the top attractions you should see (and avoiding some you aren't interested in or are duplicative). The maps, opening times and descriptions all help to make good decisions. The download capability is great for when you're on the go. I've shared the app with friends who are all appreciative of its features.

Good but could be better - Web interface is a bit clunky Web interface is a bit clunky. The ability to move tours between days would be easier in a view showing all days and all tours. Being able to create lunch breaks every day that slotted in with the tours around lunchtime would help. Warnings show up incorrectly for start times when arrival time = opening time. Lots of edits causes failure to add hotel. Download/print itinerary often fails.

Useful site for planning trips I use this site all the time when I plan a trip to a city they have listed. I particularly like the interactive map that plans out the most efficient way to see places. I would have given five stars if it weren't so confusing to get the map to come up and to see the detailed instructions for getting around.

I love the suggested itinerary and how easy it is to change the events and move items between days. I would enjoy having an easier way to add my own events and locations to the plan; it is possible to do this, but it requires too many steps. We are looking forward to living daily using this app during our stays in London and Paris.
