The check in process takes a very long… The check in process takes a very long time. The time we entered the premises to getting to our room was about 2-2.5 hrs. The staff is incredible friendly! The grounds are beautiful. It is very expensive, as you can stay at just as nice places for much cheaper and all inclusive.

Booking was so easy and it was the vacation of my dreams! Booking with carefree destinations was seamless and so easy. I was nervous in booking with them since I really didn’t know If I would have to sit through a presentation or hounded by sales people once I got to my destination. This was not the case at all. I landed, was greeted with tequila shots and shuttled to my hotel. The hotel was incredible and the staff was so professional and attentive. I have traveled the world and I have never received this kind of VIP treatment. This vacation was my favorite of them all. If I could give more than five stars I would. 10/10 recommend! You will not be disappointed.

A great way to start my vacation The lady I talked to about my reservation, flight and other details that were needed was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything very clearly and concisely and gave me time for questions - answering them so I knew exactly what I would be expecting. It was a great experience to deal with such a knowledgeable and friendly person.

Best memories made! It was the best experience ever! My daughter and I made great memories and had a blast. The resort was beautiful and well worth every penny. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. I would love to go back and would definitely use carefree destination again for any of my traveling needs.

Beautiful resort Picture perfect!! The resort was clean, rooms were cleaned and kept tidy. The pools were cleaned daily, and they're huge salt water pools. We found chairs easily at any time of day which is rare in my opinion, it was such a large resort that it never felt crowded. The food was delicious, and as a Plant Based person I was able to find food easily. The walk from the room, to the pools, bars, restaurants and the ocean is a beautiful trip through the rainforest!! You'll get your steps in! I bought this trip for my Boyfriends birthday and we ended up getting engaged on the trip, so it was a very wonderful experience!! Overall wonderful experience there, I would recomend it!
