They got our money and never followed up on informing us of flight information, who the airline was until I kept calling we didnt even get econfirmation till I called twice as to what was going on. Then they gave us Delta airlines but no seating arrangements. I called twice as to why buy tickets with no seating arrangements for my family of 5. They said they would follow up each time but never did. We finally had to call Delta airlines ourselves to get our seating arrangements. They were very eager to collect money but not finish the task.

Thank you George and Aegis crew Three weeks before we were supposed to fly, we got notified that our airline went out of business, it left us and everyone else flying them scrambling to find flights. And flights were disappearing fast on Expedia and Hotwire. I saw an ad for Aegis on Expedia, decided to take a chance and call. And I'll admit I was skeptical, who knew if it was a real company or not, if the reviews were legit or not. We're used to booking our own travel, from vetted online companies. Anyway, they did a great job for us, finding us flights that were reasonable with the restrictions we had. Would totally use them again. Don't really know what else to say, except they really did right by us.

It was my first time booking a flight with an Agent, he made an effort by providing me with many options... all in an effort to help me, not sell me. He was the most honest and caring person.
