TWC Holiday took our $$$ TWC Holiday took our money and we didn’t get a trip. I was a part of a group trip scheduled to travel to Dubai this month (March 2024) We started planning using a Travel Agent in August 2023. The travel agent claimed to have organized our itinerary, which included hotel & flight and excursions throughout the week. We made payments starting in September 2023 final payment in January 2024. As our group started to finalize last-minute trip details we find out we were paying our money to TWC holidays (a third-party vendor that we were unaware of). They took the entire groups money (8 ppl) and never even booked our flight. The owner of TWC sent a random email to one person saying that we needed to switch airlines from Emirates to British Airways and city of departure (because of course Emirates flights have went us an extra 5k since September). At this point we are all confused and angry. We reached out to the Travel Agent to retrieve a refund. She told us TWC is not refunding us and we need to call our banks. Wow! Please stay away from TWC Holidays or the new company name posted.

This was our first TWC Holidays tour… This was our first TWC Holidays tour and it exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations in Morocco were all first class and our tour manager, Samir , was exceptional. His knowledge of the Moroccan history and culture really enriched our tour.

Nights Dubai Group Tour As a solo traveler, I was a bit nervous at first, but this tour exceeded all my expectations. The pick-up service at dubai airport was convenient, and the entire trip was well-organized. Each destination offered a unique cultural experience, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. The flexibility to explore on our own at times was a bonus. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a hassle-free vacation
