I cant go below one star else I would… I cant go below one star else I would have done that. Very frustrated with this travel agency. I had booked tickets for my parents and the flights have been cancelled and I have been trying to reach them since 2 weeks now no response to phones/emails. On the other hand other agency H&S travels who I used to get tickets for my travel were very responsive and I got the travel voucher within 2 days without any hassle. Really bad experience with airfare booking.

Airline cancelled by booking due to… Airline cancelled by booking due to COVID situation and asked me to reach out to airfarebooking for refund. I tried to reach them no answer. I emailed them no answer. I really dont know what they are doing.
