He delivered what he promised. Our trip will take place only in December, so far excellent service. Hopefully the future needs will be taken care of just the same.

Misleading, but good. Misleading, like everyone else - teaser rates on the search site until you're talking to a person one-on-one. My actual rate was more than double the teaser rate. I did not feel pressured, but I also did not feel the agent tried their best - I ended up making suggestions for other times/dates that worked better. Also, I did not receive the rate I originally asked for (wanted to collect mileage) - but I did book relatively late before the flight. All in all - solid, will be in my regular rotation, but not likely to be my first call just yet.
